高宇宁，男，现任清华大学公共管理学院长聘副教授、博士生导师、副院长、国际发展与全球治理研究所所长、MPA教育中心执行主任及服务经济与数字治理研究院副院长、清华大学国情研究院副研究员。2001年、2005年分获清华大学汽车工程专业学士和公共管理专业硕士学位，2011年获剑桥大学土地经济专业经济学博士学位。2011至2013年任剑桥大学纽纳姆学院博士后研究员，2013年起任教于清华大学公共管理学院。
高宇宁现任中国系统工程学会社会经济系统工程专业委员会常务理事、Structural Change and Economic Dynamics期刊副主编。主持国家社科基金重大专项等十余项科研项目，研究成果发表于Nature子刊Scientific Data、Cell子刊One Earth等期刊，出版中英文著作三部。主讲《中国经济发展与政策》获评教育部来华留学英语授课品牌课程，曾获北京市高校青年教师教学基本功比赛一等奖。

人物简介
高宇宁，博士，副教授，2001年和2005年分别获清华大学汽车工程专业工业学士和公共管理专业管理学硕士，2011年获得剑桥大学土地经济专业经济学博士。2011至13年曾任剑桥大学纽纳姆学院博士后研究员。2013年加入清华大学公共管理学院任教至今。2011年和2015年起分别担任留英经济学会和留欧经济学会理事。主要研究领域包括国际经济与国际发展研究、资源与环境经济政策研究。讲授课程包括博士生课程经济学原理2（合开），硕士生课程Economic Development and Policy in China， Development Theory and Practice，Research Design and Thesis Writing。
